Plan and Think Ahead:

Documenting Impact and Ensuring Sustainability: Group Discussion- In addition to soliciting feedback and reaction from the entire group on the presnetation, we are also interested in learning what other programs are doing around data collection and specific thoughts or ideas you may have.  What is working?  What isn't?  Please feel free to bring copies of any handouts, numbers, figures or presentations you may have.

Program Reports- Each program represented will be provided with a brief 3-5 minutes to go over the following:
    *Program name and location
    *Program status and number of officers trained
    *Status of community infrastructure (i.e. task force, criminal justice and mental health coalitions, etc.)
    *Successes, challenges, and/or concerns
    *Any new innovative idea or process you would like to share with the group

Breakout Groups- We will have three breakout groups that will meet in the afternoon.  There will be one specifically for law enforcement, program coordinators, and mental health, community & infrastructure.  These groups are intended to be an open forum of discussion to provide for a free flow of ideas but each group will have designated leaders to help facilitate.  We ask that you only participate in one group.  If you have issues or concerns in another area, please relay that to a representative from your program who is participating in that group.  At the end of the session we will reconvene as a whole and provide 5 minutes for each group leader to talk to the Coalition about the ideas and issues raised.
