Community & Infrastructure Committee

The goal of the Community and Infrastructure committee is to assist communities to establish, support and maintain consistent, effective infrastrucutre standards for CIT programs across the Commonwealth.  The Committee provides guidance to enhance stakeholder participation at the local level and maximize broad community engagement with each CIT program.  Another important aspect of the committee's work is to identify options to enhance access to treatment and services through the establishment of therapeutic alternatives to incarceration. 

The co-chairs for the Community and Infrastructure Committee are Patrick Halpern with the New River Valley CIT Program and Lori Wood with the Thomas Jefferson Area CIT Program.
